# Issue timely and complete financial statement
# Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
# Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
# Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
# Provide for a system of management cost report
# Provide financial analyses as needed, of capital investment , pricing decisions and contract negotiations
# Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies procedures relating to financial
management, budget and accounting.
# Supervises and participates in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
# Review of accounting and administrative controls.
