  • Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor and control costs related to production, raw materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Lead cost calculation processes and ensure accurate product costing.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

Provide financial analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.
