  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Present financial reports to senior leadership, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate financial performance, profitability, and cost control measures.
  • Manage company liquidity, cash flow, and funding strategies.
  • Optimize the company’s capital structure for growth and stability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee finance operations, including accounting, payroll, and treasury functions.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
  • Oversee audits and work with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive company strategy and decision-making.
  • Communicate financial performance, risks, and forecasts to key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and compliance
