Job Responsibility
Monitor day-to-day accounting activities of all company sectors (trading business, project business).
Coordinating with team members to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
Handle full spectrum of financial and management reporting functions, business analysis, including consolidation, cash flow, financial statement, budget and tax reporting
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, financial reporting and tax requirements
Review and perform analytics and explain variances on financial results
Review financial procedures, internal controls, business processes and systems to ensure effective controls are in place
Prepare budget planning and report to top management
Manage to secure financial information by completing data base backups
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, special projects and presentation if necessary
Always feedback and suggest both of project & product
Ground checking to sites if needed
Regular auditing all accounting procedures
