Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams. Resolve complex engineering problems that may arise during construction.
Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure op􀆟mal use of resources to maximize project success.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all tailoring work, consistently delivering flawless results that meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections at each stage of the tailoring process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Lead, motivate, and manage engineering teams. Ensure effective collaboration among team members and other departments.
Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients. Communicate project progress and address any concerns or queries.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in construction engineering. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitagation strategies.
Develop and manage the engineering budget. Monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is open preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
Professional engineering (PE) license may be required.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
