• Coordinating with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, to detect, diagnose and resolve hybrid infrastructure related defects / issues.
• Assist and deal with the vendor to implement the technology direction, vision, and strategy to enable Cloud technology adoption.
• Assist in administration, maintenance, documentation, and implementation for ensuring the availability of the service platform.
• Overseeing the development and installation of new networking and computing infrastructures.
• Monitoring systems in the existing network to ensure there are no productivity setbacks.
• Assess urgency of issues and facilitate follow-up and resolution accordingly including service quality initiatives to support the required service / system availability level.
• Providing support in installing and upgrading hardware/ software/ printers and IT peripherals to business users.
• Resolving network related issues like local area connection problems, network access, emails, internet, dial-ins, etc.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the upgraded system, keeping track of its performance, reliability, risks, and benefits.
   

-    A recognized degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent 
-    2 to 3 years’ experience in systems administration
-    Strong Technical skills in Microsoft Infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
-    Strong knowledge in Monitoring Tools, Network Protocols, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP. 
-    Hands-on experience with System Administration / Installation/ Management
-    Problem solving skills and attention to details. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
-    Hands-on experience with System Administration and Installation
-    Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with the team and business users.
-    Basic written and verbal communications skills in English.
-    Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude.
