• Manage a team of Finance and Account Department
• Ensue Finance Statements of the Group comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage accounting, audits, and tax optimization
• In charge of fund management and arrangement of the Group
• Maintain good relationship with bankers
• Oversea and continuous review on internal control procedures
• Participate, analyze and provide feedback in business plan and strategies
• Submit monthly, quarterly & annual Financial/Accounts reports to HQ on timely basis
• Set and analyze performance of each business unit against KPI
• Any other duties as assigned by HQ and MD

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Min. degree qualification in Accounting/Finance and also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 10 years of corporate Finance & Accounting experience of which the last 5 years must be in a managerial position
• Extensive Financial Management and Technical Accounting experience together with a strong business judgments
• Extensive knowledge of Myanmar Taxation
• Possess maturity, strategic thinking ability and interpersonal skills
• A high level of integrity, independent with strong sense of urgency and result orientation
• Good spoken and written in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Heavy usage of emails and attachments
