Responsibilities

  • Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
  • Develops and implements growth strategies
  • Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals
  • Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
  • Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors
  • Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organization goals
  • Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
  • Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise

Requirements

  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in related field with 6-8 years’ experience in telecom management
  • Have extensive knowledge of the telecom industry, operations, and regulatory environment
  • Must be skilled in oral and written communication, public speaking, and leadership.
  • Understanding of business functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
