• Develop and manage churn and retention strategies
• Program to collaborate with cross-functional partners in all departments such as marketing, IT, finance, and other departments to execute a range of internal and customer-facing initiatives that help increase profit and reduce churn.
• Effectively communicate by listening actively, share relevant information with others and interact with others to establish fair and effective relationships.
• Ability to analyze data, establish root-cause analysis and identify trends
• Extensive Problem solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Predictive analytics and statistical churn models
• Project / Program management capabilities
• Ability to develop cooperation and teamwork while working toward solutions that generally benefit all parties
• Ability to build effective and mutually beneficial relationships and lead cross functional teams

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• At least bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or any relative field of study.
• 5 - 7 year experience in the consumer marketing or customer life-cycle management
• Must be proficient in English language
