-Deal with customer's claim cases and contact to customers.
-Report the accomplished claim cases to Claim Division.
-Provide 24hours service to check claims cases.
-Collect the cases in computer system.
-Able to go for resurveying if necessary.

-Good at Microsoft Word, Excel.
