As a Client Management Executive at DKSH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales, distribution, and channel strategies. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring, reporting, and analyzing various aspects of business performance, with a keen focus on sales targets, inventory management, and trade marketing activities. 

  • Monitor, reporting and analyzing Sales, Distribution and Channel performance.
  • Tracking daily, weekly and monthly business performance by channel, by category.
  • Sales Target Planning and setting by team and consult with Client Manager.
  • Lead monthly Replenishment planning and align with Client Manager.
  • Inventory review and take own responsibility for other depot stock transfer.
  • Prepare claim and tracking A&P budget for each channel's activities and Budget Planning.
  • Analyze and develop Trade marketing activities and consult with Client Manager and review the promotion effectiveness.
  • Mandatory Field Visit and conduct competiors analysis.
  • DKSH internal system tools application (Exceedra, GAPIM, VMM, Successfactor, Ecoplus, DMS, Power BI, NOVA, EEC etc.,).
  • Act as the first point of reference for all product related inquires.
  • Work together and build productive relationship with clients, others department and customers.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum two to three years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Fast- paced in learning and developing.
  • Have a mindset of brand owner and agility for changes.
  • Strong analytical skill (data, market trends, reports).
  • Proficiencies in MS office application (E.g., word, excel, power point).
  • Fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
