One of our Clients is hiring for Commercial Manager - Male , Female (3) posts

Liaising with customers and clients to negotiate and agree contracting bids for new business
Creating budgets for construction projects
Reporting on project costs as they progress
Working with Quantity Surveyors and other professionals to ensure costs are kept within budget
Expanding or improving commercial procedures, processes and policies
Ensuring construction projects stay within regulatory guidelines

1 . Age between 30-40 , Any graduate and diploma in business management / procurement

2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales or related management field

3. Be able to manage purchasing sections and procedures

4. Be able to analyze financial planning and budgeting of commercial department

5. Responsible for overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met
