TCO is partnership with Valentis is seeking to expand in Myanmar to provide:
- Offshore Support Vessel service provider
- Sub-sea Maintenance and Inspection services
- Offshore Transportation and Installation services (T&I)


Job Description
1. Assist the manager in customer relationship management, public relations, branding and event management
2. Advise the manager in market research and propose marketing plan for market expansion and service development
3. Prepare and participate in the bidding process, monitor and update the bidding information, manage the bidding documents.
4. Take responsibility in commercial and contract activities, ensuring smooth work process
5. Collect and synthesize works related to bid request and propose reasonable bidding plan accordingly
6. Coordinating with other personnel to plan, assign and manage the bidding process in order to meet deadlines and customers requirements
7. Propose and participate in the company’s business development strategy; Advise the manager expansion and service development, presentation plan to new client etc…
8. Maintain and expand existing and potential customer data base.
9. Participate in the implementation of projects of the department/company under the direction of the manager.
10. Summarize and report the department’s activities to the manager.
11. Build and develop sustainable cooperation with customers and partners domestically and oversea.
12. Fully comply with safety, health and environmental requirements in all relevant production and business activities; always raise safety awareness and fully implement safety procedures while doing the work.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements
1. Solid knowledge in economic, commercial and law
2. In-depth understanding of bidding work, marine operations, oil and gas activities is an advantage.
3. Proficient in project management skills , bidding management, negotiation skill, communication skill, organizational skill, etc…
4. Willing to travel domestic and abroad
5. Willing to work overtime, work on holidays if required by the job
6. Proficient in English
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent

Working experiences
Minimum of five year experience in commercial and business development field; minimum of three years working as commercial officer or relevant role
