One of the financial institutes is requesting for a Compensation and Benefit Lead to manage payroll and benefits of each employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
*To prepare the compensation and benefit report for each individual staff / employee.
*To handle payroll, employee’s relation, compensation and benefits procedures.
*To understand the compensation and benefits package of the organization and develop methods to ensure the employees are aware of their benefits and options.
*To develop a compensation level within the organization ensuring that the pay is competitive in accordance to the company’s need.

Skills and Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource of related field of study.
*Over 4 years of experience in performance management, employee relations and HR functions.
