  • Assist to develop CRM and CVM strategy and leverage key insights and advanced analytics
  • Perform customer behaviour analysis and monitor on analyticallyvalidate customer behavior, customer value management to achieve the business objectives
  • Provide standard/ adhoc/ special report and BI activities with high quality and timely manner to different stakeholders in their decision making
  • Compile, maintain and deliver weekly, monthly CVM  and CRM reports and presentations
  • Perform in-depth campaign analysis to understand the effectiveness of campaigns as well as make strategic recommendations
  • Ability to independently analyze and extract data, make assumptions and recommendation should be present

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any bachelor degree plus Certificate or diploma on data science/consumer insights is preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably working with CRM systems, data environments, and/or CVM/CRM areas
  • Experience and knowledge in commercial understanding of the digital payments market
  • Strong knowledge on SQL and BI
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets)
