A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1) to assist Executive Committee in overall company operation;
2) to coordinate and attend board meetings and general meetings and draft meeting minutes;
3) to participate in field visits (traveling required) and meetings for interpretation and translation (written and spoken) Myanmar to English and vice versa (Korean is a strong advantage)
4) to make arrangement outside meetings and keep contacts;
5) to store, maintain, retrieve, certify, and explain key corporate documents and records including fact reference books;
6) to assist as a liaison for Director, Managing Directors and shareholders;
7) to facilitate in traveling itinerary and provide schedules and agendas for meetings;
8) to assist Director creating and providing ongoing training for junior staff;
9) to take such other action ancillary to the foregoing and otherwise commensurate with your title; and
10) to conduct research and prepare presentation for public relations as assigned
11) Manage all secretarial positions within company

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Minimum 3 years’ successful experience in Cooperate Secretary in any sector
• Excellent management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result
• Able to build effective communication with senior management and board of directors
• Proactive, mature and independent, able to think conceptually to achieve the intended effect
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in English (Myanmar strongly preferred)
• Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
• Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office
