• Manage client through web and social media, and over the phone and e-mail respond promptly to customer inquiries in professional and courteous manner • Providing general information to customers clearly and action oriented to meet customer’s needs and wants• Check the completeness of client information and deliver the information to relevant departments (radiographer / cashier) through the designated channel • Check the completeness of payment before sending back the imaging reports to the client• Be sure the correct imaging reports to the correct client • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.• Maintain and update all departments databases using computers and filing systems.• Maintain working relationships, and communicate and coordinate with all departments • Perform monthly report and urgent report in a contingency condition to centre manager.• Maintain and check the utilizing equipment by using log books.• Perform general office duties as needed.• Perform any other additional duties that may be assigned by Team Lead, Clinic Manager

• Any graduate• Minimum 3 years experiences in customer services at clinic setting • Ability to use Microsoft office and operator system• Ability to adapt to specific environment and duties
