In this position, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in project coordination among peers, end-users, and the project manager to ensure the successful delivery of day-to-day tasks, including project management, technical processes, and documentation. You will embark on major coordination efforts with peers and business users to gather technical requirements and communicate effectively using project management methodologies. Your role will involve supporting user requests and ensuring that objectives and goals are achieved, thereby impacting results positively.

• Ensure understanding and initiation of the project governance framework, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.

• Gather information, understand user requirements, and prepare project requirements and documentation while supporting the Project Manager.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, other functional managers, team members, and end users to oversee project planning, implementation, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication throughout.

• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, Technology, and vendors, collaborate with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer technical solutions to meet the needs of business stakeholders, and conduct cost-benefit and technical requirement analyses when necessary.

• Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, and recommend optimal business practices, system functionality, and behavior.

• Develop and maintain a tracker of all changes, understand project priorities, and track project timelines.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare project-related documentation and meeting minutes.

• Provide weekly/monthly reports to the IT Project Manager.

• Facilitate business demand management on behalf of Technology by interfacing with all other business units.

• Utilize technical project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop technical project plans and manage project implementation.

• Recognized Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Project Management.

• 3 to 5 years of related field experience.

• Prior experience in project management with strong technical knowledge.

• Technical knowledge/understanding of IT Infrastructure , Enterprise Applications, Security, Network and Video surveillance systems is advantageous

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with third parties, vendors, and subject matter experts.
