  • Monitor the vehicles maintenance, repairing, and license renewal
  • Proper handling of the documentation processes with the government office
  • Prepare the budget plan for the whole departmental processes
  • Perform other assigned duties from Management

  • A University degree in any discipline. Advanced degree is preferred
  • Experienced in Administrative Supports and Standard Operation Procedures
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills and Negotiation skill
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Microsoft Office suite
