• Advise senior management on corporate governance policies, compliance of law, regulations, tax matters, legal rights.• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.• Standardising existing common legal documents, such as NDA, MOU, lease, contracts with supplier, etc.• Arranging and assessing the terms all types of legal documents like contracts, leases, licenses, sales, purchases and projects, etc.• Monitoring the terms of critical agreements such as MSA, JOA and PSC to ensure compliance and legal rights are fully exercised.• Resolve labour issues, manage legal and taxes matters.• Communicate and negotiate with external parties such as regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.• Gathering information and evidences to help the management make decisions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
• Bachelor's degree in law, or equivalent business experience and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in law firm or legal department of a large corporation.• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Myanmar local regulations and has international exposure to commercial contract negotiation• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English• Proficiency in MS Office.Primarily in an office environment from Monday to Saturday. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
