  • Lead the cost team, establishing and refining the company's cost management system.
  • Oversee overall project cost planning, dynamic cost control, and final account settlement.
  • Review and approve cost plans for various disciplines and provide strategic input on significant cost variances.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Required Experience: Minimum 15 years in cost management for international projects, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • **Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in cost control for large-scale building projects in Myanmar, from tender stage through to execution, is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in international engineering measurement and valuation, with strong contract management and risk control capabilities.
