Role Oveview

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and provide strategic advice to management. The goal is to support sound decision-making, ensure financial health, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company goals.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, performance reports, and key ratios (GP%, NP%, ROI, ROE, cash flow, etc.).

• Conduct investment and ROI analysis for new outlets, projects, and expansion plans.

• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and capital expenditures.

• Review sales, COGS, OPEX, and CAPEX trends; prepare monthly GP and category performance reports.

• Monitor AR aging, collections, and working capital efficiency.

• Provide financial advisory to management on cost control, profitability, and growth strategies.

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Perform ad hoc analysis and reports as required by the Executive Director and Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in F&B or retail.

• Strong analytical, budgeting, and communication skills.

• High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to a fast-growing, multi-site environment.
