Responsibilities

• Receive, challenge and improve briefs from the Marketing Department, drive the in-house agency team to develop creative solutions to the briefs, and present proactive creative proposals when appropriate.
• Act as brand guardian reviewing all branded communications materials going out of the Marketing Department to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Guide, train and motivate Graphic Designers and Copywriters to develop original creative ideas in response to briefs (within brand guidelines) that will allow the brand to stand out against competition.
• Maintain a high level view of the brand, analyzing how all the campaigns fit together, and making recommendations to build cumulative creative impact over time.
• Run brainstorm sessions to give creative inputs to inspire the wider team.
• Keep an eye out for interesting campaigns, design trends and marketing ideas both locally and internationally and share with the team to keep everyone up to date.
• Review all creative communications materials developed by other teams within the business, to check branding and design adheres to brand guidelines.
• Be hands on and ready to step in to help on urgent project activities; from managing timely delivery of materials, to proofreading copy,

Experience

-Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a creative, working on a range of brands and media platforms.
-In-depth knowledge of branding, advertising and marketing essential, with strong agency experience.
-Experience managing a team of creatives, motivating them to deliver high quality work under strict time pressure.
-Some experience in production for different platforms; able to oversee printing and publishing on various materials, understanding of design for web content and digital advertising, critical eye for quality.
-Knowledge of 3D modelling software (eg. SketchUp), basic digital animation and film scripting/ storyboarding beneficial.
