. Background check of customers and risk profile.
· Site visit to customer permanent address, collateral address, and business location.
· If required, background checks customer permanent address and collateral address with their respective ward authority person.
· Check customer’s collateral documents and related documents. If required,
· Verify permanent address, collateral address, and business location and keep a record.
· Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
· Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
· To check the correctness of address of new hires and old customers.
· If necessary, visit the relevant departmental organizations (YCDC, MCDC) to conduct inspections.
· Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
· Handle questions or complaints.
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies
· Create trust relationships with debtors, when possible, to avoid future issues
· Update account status and database regularly
· Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
· Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
· Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection efforts
· Report address changes and maintain files regarding debtors for correct and current contact information
