• Provide commercial services to existing customers with good communication, transparent and ethical behaviours
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing customers
• To propose new products and services to his/her existing customers
• To identify clients’ needs and propose
• To ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
• Follow up customers in order to reach quantities and qualitative objectives
• To maintain a regular contact with customers
• To share information and best practices with staff
• Working with the Brand Manager to assist in the formulation of marketing strategies

• Bachelor degree or Associated degree in Management and Marketing or related field
• At least three-year experience in related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
• Familiarity with the latest fashion trends and working in Luxury/Brand Fashion Industry is preferred
