Job Description

Assists the Business in driving sales and in implementing sales plans in order to ensure the achievement of the branch’s targets and objectives
Drive interest income and other fees for the bank by building and managing relationship corporate clients, SME clients, individual and identify cross and up selling opportunities
Prospect potential clients, acquire the new accounts; identify clients’ needs, financial requirements turn prospects into successful deals
Draw up account development plan; database client master list and update client information regularly; manage own pipeline and supervise pipeline for team members
Provide market insights, new product ideas and competitor information to the Management for new product development and process improvement
Mainly responsible for deposit target.

Job Requirement

Must have a bachelor's degree in related fields
3+ years of experiences in Sales and Deposite Driven filed of banking industry; More prefer for experiencing in Banking
Knowledge in MS Office Package
Highly motivated for driven target with a proven track record in sales
Presentable personality and Strong interpersonal skills
