- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner(Engaging, Complain)
- Respond to customer inquiries, complains, concerns and issues, via, phone and e-mail in a timely.
- Keep documents all actions and responses in the customer database.
- Provide a positive customer experience to all customers.
- Initiate and schedule requests for upgrading and downgrading of customers.
- Determine charges for services requested, prepare for collecting deposits or payments and arrange for billing.
- Issuing refunds or compensation to customers.
- Meeting with the manager to discuss possible improvement to customers.
- Developing feedback or complaints procedure for the customer to use.

- Any Graduate
- At least 1-year experience in related field.
- Can use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Must have Good Communication Skill.
