• Manage and monitor the inbound call team performance to achieve the standard of call answering and service rate
• Consolidate and analyze customer voices to improve company services as a whole
• Coach and train staff on delivering quality services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support other Call Center daily operations
• Review the company operations and services and initiate further improvement by co-operating with other departments
• Communication with customers in English writing
• Maintain and improve Contact Center operations by monitoring system performance
• Ensure smooth Contact Center Operation management including operation, Training & Quality Management
• Review the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
• Handle the most complex customer complaints or inquiries

1. University Graduate
2. Minimum 3 years call center experience at supervisory level
3. Good communication, coaching, planning skills, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
4. Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
5. Good command in English and Burmese in speaking and writing
6. MS Excel, Word, Power Point
