  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Mainly responsible to increase customer satisfaction rate and retention rate in all products
  • Developing customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
  • Developing continuous improvement plan for the whole service team
  • Creating & implementing effective customer loyalty program and customer relationship management system
  • Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
  • Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
  • Generating repeated sales leads and promoting customer retention rate by building sustainable relationships where necessary
  • Hiring, training and terminating (if necessary) customer service agents.
  • Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

  •  Any Bachelor’s degree or related.
  •  Work with management on customer service initiatives.
  •  A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
