  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Sending CS department monthly report to Upper management.

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Have to know Customer Services
  • At least 4 years’ experience in the related area.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer studies (Ms. Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Ability to thrive effectively under pressure.
  • English: 4 skills
  • Problem Analysis and problem-solving skills.
