Job Experience & Skills Required:
* Minimum 7 years of experience, 3 years of managerial experience in customer service, within telecommunication or Banking industry
* Well understanding of business, customer service experience, and data analysis
* Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in both Myanmar and English language
