A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Understand the mission, vision, structure, operations and policies of Edulink Myanmar
  • Enter data about student enrollments prompting and accurately into relevant databases
  • Monitor student enrollment information to assist with student re-enrollment
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments within the organisation (coaching, sales, teaching, finance, HR, study abroad, etc…)
  • Open the centre according to the CSO work roster
  • Receive visitors, guests, customers, potential client in a cordial and appropriate manner
  • Organise & manage placement tests at the centre when required
  • Handle customer issues & complaints according to company policies
  • Maintain safety standards including COVID screening procedures
  • Assist other CSOs with specialised processes when needed (eg. certificate printing, arranging graduation ceremonies, etc…)
  • Contributing to other centre projects and initiatives as directed
