Duties and Responsibilities

*To match individuals to client needs in order to balance objectives and goals from both sides
*To create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
*To ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
*To deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers

Skill and Requirement

*Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
*Must have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer service position from banking industry
*Must have good understanding of management practices and communication skills

Salary is up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances are included
