  • Assist in appointment scheduling and coordination with medical departments.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Any Graduate
- Smart looking, energetic, self-motivated and poised
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Able to communicate Basic English
- Basic Computer Knowledge (email, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent personal grooming and pleasant personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as a team, able to work shift
- Ability to handle complaints
