A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Once booking is received from the customer, proceed to make a shipment booking with the Feeder Line.
  • Request 2nd Mother Vessel allocation from the T/S (Transshipment) side.
  • Check the Mother Vessel schedule in the system daily and inform the customer immediately if there are any changes.
  • After the vessel departs, request the Shipping Instruction (SI) from the customer and collect all necessary information for Bill of Lading (BL) issuance.
  • Once the customer confirms the Bill of Lading, close the BL and Manifest in the system, and then notify the T/S side accordingly.

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred for higher-level roles, e.g in Supply Chain, Bussiness Logistics)
  • (1~3) Year in customer service Field(Prefer in logistics, Freight forwarding or supply chain)
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics processes.
  • Communication Skills,Probem-solving Skills,Multitasking skills and IT Skills
  • Egnlish proficiency is typically required
  • Customer Services Mindset(Patience,Empathy and active listening)
