  4. Attending initial sales meeting and meeting with clients
  5. Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  6. Gathering feedback from customers to analyze customer data to identify the best practices
  7. To educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities of software that encouraged to continue using products and services

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information System or Business Management/ Business Administration or a related field
  2. 2 years working experience in customer services or customer support
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Knowledge of technologies such as, internet technologies, cloud computing, web and XML
  5. Able to communicate with people for all levels
  6. Excellent communicators both orally and in writing
  7. Able to work fast paced environment
