1. Project တစ္ခု Training မစတင္ခင္ CAPI (Computer Assistant Personal Interview) Program ျပဳလုပ္နိဳင္ျခင္းမွစျပီး Final Data ေပးသည္အထိ အဆင့္ဆင့္တြင္ Database Dept. မွ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည့္ လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ားကို အခ်ိန္မီျပီးစီးေစရန္ Quality ေကာင္းေသာ Data provide လုပ္နိဳင္ရန္အတြက္ စီမံခန့္ခြဲလုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
2. မိမိလက္ေအာက္မွ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ေပးေသာ CAPI, Data Entry Program မ်ားကို Error မ်ား မရွိေစရန္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားရွိပါက Field မထြက္ခင္ အခ်ိန္မီျပဳျပင္နိဳင္ရန္ Final Check ျပဳလုပ္ေပးျခင္း၊ Feedback ေပးျခင္းမ်ား လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
3. မိမိ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားမွ Data Cleaning ျပဳလုပ္ထားေသာ Data မ်ားကို Client ဆီသို့ ပို့နိဳင္ေသာအဆင့္ေရာက္ေအာင္ Final Data Checking ျပဳလုပ္ရမည္။
4. Tabulation & Analysis မ်ားကို လိုအပ္ပါက ျပဳလုပ္ေပးရမည္။
5. Project Manager, Field Manager ႏွင့္ QC Manager မ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ျပီးလုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
6. မိမိလက္ေအာက္ရွိ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို သက္ဆိုင္ရာ Project မ်ားတြင္ တာ၀န္ေပးျခင္း၊ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို ရံုးစည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္း လိုက္နာေစရန္ ညႊန္ၾကားျခင္း၊
7. အထက္ပါတာ၀န္မ်ားအျပင္ အထက္အရာရွိက တာ၀န္ေပးအပ္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
အနည္းဆံုး Project 4ခုကို manage လုပ္နိဳင္ရမည္။

Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in research data processing minimum 5 years
Proficient in CSPro, Survey Dooblo, SPSS, MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
