  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement. 
  • Develop sales forecasts and budget plans based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Create and provide progress report to the sales teams for each sales program to communicate with their partners to achieve the target.
  • Updating regular Dashboards and creating many detailed micro level analysis for business growth.
  • Create excellent Go TO Market Strategies for Short Term and Long Term Business continutity. 
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop sales incentive programs and promotions to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and address potential gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and propose solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Be an excellent team player and shall be in condition to have cross functional alignment across the departments and channel partners.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Businessis or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Previous Experience is Mobile phone distribution, telecom industry or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Advanced Excel, database SQL).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
