Basic Requirements:
1. A general understanding of the agency environment, both organisationally and culturally
2. A basic understanding of the creative sector and process
3. Experience setting deadlines, developing schedules and managing timelines
4. Ability to translate creative briefs and client feedback into a realistic and detailed work plans
5. Experience and confidence in communicating within a team
6. Experience managing, prioritising and responding to multiple client-facing emails per day
7. Experience performing administrative functions
8. Demonstrated problem solving skills
9. Fluency in English and Myanmar

Bonus skills:
1. A deeper understanding of the design and creative process
2. Experience making and using GANTT charts and Kanban systems
3. Experience with agency or project management software
4. Experience achieving efficiency and driving a culture of good time management
