  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with CTZPay’s brand and business objectives.
  • Support in creating digital campaign plans for awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Brand & Marcom Manager to ensure consistent storytelling across online and offline channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPI, and conversion rates to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage digital budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns deliver ROI.
  • Manage CTZPay’s social media presence with engaging content calendars, copywriting, and visual direction.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality social media and digital materials.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize content performance.
  • Work with UI/UX and product teams to improve digital touchpoints for conversion and engagement.
  • Ensure SEO and ASO best practices to drive organic traffic and app installs.
  • Analyze web and app analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.) to guide digital optimization.
  • Support CRM initiatives such as email marketing, push notifications, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Personalize and segment communication to increase engagement and user retention.
  • Generate weekly and monthly digital performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve efficiency.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition, funnel optimization, and digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and performance-based marketing.
  • Good creative sense and ability to work with content and design teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Burmese.
