- Design, build and maintain our social media presence- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Use data and testing to optimize and improve digital marketing content and targeting for all communications- Research and provide knowledge on digital innovation and identify new ideas for collaboration to increase engagement, influence and brand visibility- Execute and manage marketing video campaigns and productions- Design, manage and execute email marketing to gain brand awareness and maintain relationships with new and existing customers- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Degree in business or formal education.- Marketing, Communications or other business related specializations- More than 1-2 years of working experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing Field- Solid understanding of financial industry trends and consumer behaviour- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role- Excellent command of English and Myanmar
