Job Function:   

Digital Marketing Specialist (Media ) is responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The role ensures efficient use of budgets to achieve brand and business objectives through data-driven media strategies, campaign performance tracking, and optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital media plans aligned with brand and campaign objectves.
  • Manage end-to-end media buying across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Channels, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align messaging and creatives with media placements.
  • Stay updated on media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage media budgets with strict cost control to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with external media agencies (if applicable) to ensure effective campaign execution and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging for all campaigns through tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, Programmatic)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, media planning, and optimization techniques.

Experience: 

  • 3-5 years experience in digital media buying, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-platform paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with analytical tools
  • Experience working with creative teams for asset development optimized for media buys.
