  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), search engines, in-app platforms, and display advertising.
  • Plan and implement a monthly content calendar focusing on Reach (paid ads, influencer posts), Awareness (product features, brand storytelling), and Engagement (polls, contests, live sessions) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and in-app channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media promotions, to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots and influencer collaborations to support marketing needs and boost brand visibility.
  • Execute app promotion strategies to drive downloads, usage.
  • Optimize app/website content, landing pages, and digital assets to enhance user experience and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • A Recognized Bachelor degree in any discipline. 

  • At least 4 years of experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and can work independently.

  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience collaborating with designers 

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
