DUTIES OF THE DIRECT SALES & TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

- Manage the direct network development strategy (C+ Store, containers…)
o Opening of new C+ Stores
o Merchandising strategy and commercial activities
o Performance follow-up of C+ Stores (KPI, targets, sales challenges…)
o Assist in coaching/training projects
- In charge of all the POS material (flyers, posters, goodies…)
o Sourcing suppliers
o Follow-up the design process with the agency
o Follow-up of the production
o Stock management and delivery
- Organize street-marketing actions and event sponsoring
o Manage regular street-marketing actions (staff, goodies, authorization, …)
o Find and follow-up sponsorships
- Organize D2D actions
o Hiring temporary staff and team leaders
o Define the D2D strategy (frequency, locations, organization, targets…)
o Manage the salaries and bonuses on targets

- Strong experience in Sales Management
- Experience in dealing with suppliers
- Experience in marketing appreciated
- Computer skills
- Good English skills
