- Driving operational excellence in areas such as sales and revenue forecasting, pricing, and uncovering clients’ requirements

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

The Director of Sales & Marketing must have previous experience at DOSM level for at least five years in hospitality and/or tourism market of Myanmar. He/she must have a hospitality sales management background particularly in Inbound Leisure and Wholesales markets with proven ability in marketing. He/she should also have functional sales management background with proven ability to lead, develop and mentor a sale team.

To succeed in this role, strong leadership and interpersonal skills required. Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams at once. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects at once. Excellent communication skills required equally for oral, written and visual presentations. Analytical skills to include budget and financial document preparation. Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests for successful operations.

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred. (Business or Hospitality concentration).
