• Lead the design and execution of organizational development strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term goals.• Support top management in strategic planning, change management, and organizational restructuring.• Identify capability gaps and lead workforce transformation initiatives.• Work closely with department heads to implement performance management, leadership development, and succession planning systems.• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on organizational alignment and cultural change.• Monitor external trends and internal metrics to continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategic HR, or related leadership roles.• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to connect people strategy with business strategy.• Must be able to adapt quickly, understand the business context fast, and deliver with urgency.• Proven experience in leading change management and large-scale organizational initiatives.• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.• Must demonstrate a high level of commitment, ownership, and leadership integrity.
