-Execute the achievement of assigned DT’s monthly sales target & yearly growth objective in territories assigned
-Improve efficiency of sales & monitor sale team/ merchandiser & delivery and explore new opportunities to get additional sales
-Design and implement activities to drive both primary/ secondary sales and visibility
-Inspect shops and sales and report to ASM whenever there are problems or regulation breakdown and do daily sales report of DT
-Manage distributors’ operations: sales and distribution, ROI/ ROWC, capacity review, resources & DT infrastructure
-Be a mentor or coach who can train &develop DT sales team’s skills & competencies
-Set up sales itinerary, covering the whole area and visiting suitable number of outlets daily and by cycle and implement yearly coverage expansion plan including rural area
-Plan & execute business opportunity to drive distribution of all coverage outlets & new ones

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
-Good supervisory, communication & discipline
-Retail Solution Experience
-Willing to "Relocate" and "Travel"
-Prefer "Upper Myanmar Native" who has local knowledge and experiences in Sales Force in FMCG Industry
-Minimum 3 years working experience in distribution channel sales management in FMCG Industry
