EC Assistant position for Rohto Head Office, Kamayut Yangon, Myanmar.

 

  1. Receive, check, and record stock inbound and outbound
  2. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.  
  4. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products.
  5. Coordinate with delivery teams for timely dispatch.
  6. Follow warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
  7. Weekly and Monthly report to EC Leader on time.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries phone and social channel.
  9. Provide product information, order updates, and after-sales support.
  10. Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
