Understand of integration technologies such as APIs, VPN and client/server systems
Windows and Linux Server Deployments
Change Control and Incident Management
Troubleshooting and Out of Hours Issue Resolution
Reporting of Status to Senior Management and Presentation of Progress
Discussions with external and in-house teams for requirements, issues and priorities
Team Management of technical staff

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Software development architecture and delivery (4 years)
Systems Administration and Change Management (4 years)
Management of production systems and Teams involved in Level 1 and 2 Support (3 years)
Transaction, Billing and Settlement Financial Systems (2 years)
A Computer Science or related Batchelor’s Degree from an accredited university or similar higher-educational organisation
Project Management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP and Agile are an advantage
