လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Act as the subject matter for Microsoft A/X Dynamics in support of ongoing SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Dealer Management System) related User training, troubleshooting, and recommendation of solutions.
  • Provides first level support to end users and takes ownership for troubleshooting minor user or technical problems, and provides corrective actions with a sense of urgency. Support in developing and implementing project plans for ERP functional support tasks.
  • Works with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement support of regular business operations and provides cross-functional training as needed. Work with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Develops and presents training materials for end users. User Acceptance testing as required.
  • Analysis for all category during Cycle Counting process. Review and suggest process improvement through proper Change Management.
  • Timely escalation of unresolved problems to second level and follow up
  • Facilitate discussions with departments regarding business challenges.
  • Collaborate with IT department in conceptualizing and developing system enhancements.
  • Occasional off-shift duties may be required from time-to-time in order to roll out new processes/systems.
  • Performs other related work as assigned or required.
  • Ensure daily closing (inventory and financial) of relevant branches
  • Ensure overall report integrity, Data accuracy and synchronization.

  • A bachelor degree in information technology or computer science, or Business.
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience similar industry
  • Able to speak Myanmar language and English.
  • Interested or comfortable in usage of computers or software
  • Is an effective team player, and able to provide support skills in a manner that fosters commitment, team spirit, pride, and mutual trust and respect.
  • Independent and able to manage own work.
  • Shows initiative, supports organizational change, and is committed to challenging the status quo; and providing suggestions for continuous improvements.
  • Looks for opportunities to influence and help others to change or improve standards, policies, procedures, and work plans to enable high-performance.
